This large development would link to Lakeview Drive in Alpine via a “secondary access road” which would result in heavily increased traffic on Main Street and throughout our towns and neighborhoods. The plan is completely out of character for the area. It would result in the total destruction of many acres of vegetation and miles of trails. Sensitive deer, elk, coyote, moose, and bird habitat would be decimated. Home values in the area would drop. The developer is currently allowed to build 30
